Control how and when one of your audience segments is able to see a given piece of content.
Prerequisites
A Skylark account
At least one content object
At least one availability rule
Assigning an Availability Rule
Log in to your Skylark account and navigate to the Content Library
Find the piece of content you want to make availabile
Click on it to open the metadata panel
Click on the availability tab
Click on the + symbol to bring up a menu and select the availability rule you want to use.
Click Save to add the availability rule.

Log in to your Skylark account and navigate to the Content Library
Find the content object you you want to make available and click on it to open the metadata tab
Click on the Availability tab to see the availability rules already assigned to the object.
Use the search bar to find the rule you want to add. Alternatively use the Availability View to see all of your rules.
Click and drag the desired availability rule onto the metadata tab to assign the availability rule to your object.
You can also drag a content object onto the open panel of any availability rule!
