Skylark's content library allows you to search and filter your content. This search can be as generalised or targeted as you need. You can then save these searches as Views, which you can switch between quickly and easily to speed up your workflows.

Create a New View

  • Log in to your Skylark account and navigate to the Content Library

  • Click the + symbol to the right of Availability here:

  • You can now create a new view based on a search query or filtered to a specific object type. For this example we'll stick with Search.

  • Click in the search bar and use it to search for any object in your Content Library.

  • You can also choose a specific language to filter by, as well as use the availability filters to drill down even further.

  • Clicking on the icon allows you to specify which columns will appear in the results table.

  • You can rename this view by clicking the pen icon next to the title.

  • You can delete the view by clicking the bin icon next to the pen, or by clicking the X icon in the View tab.
